What Services Does Non-Medical Home Care Provide?

How Do You Select and Screen Caregivers?

Caregivers are carefully interviewed, reference-checked and background-screened before entering a client’s home.

Will We Have the Same Caregiver?

We prioritize consistency and carefully match caregivers based on needs, personality and schedule. Backup caregivers are available when necessary.

What Is the Minimum Care Schedule?

Four Seasons Home Care requires at least four consecutive hours per visit and three visits per week.

Can You Help Someone With Alzheimer’s or Dementia?

Yes. Caregivers provide familiar routines, companionship, personal assistance, redirection and attentive safety supervision.

Do You Provide Overnight or 24-Hour Care?

Yes. Care can be scheduled overnight or around the clock when continuous support and supervision are needed.

What Happens If a Caregiver Calls Off?

We work promptly to provide a qualified replacement and keep the family informed.

Can the Care Schedule Change as Needs Change?

Yes. Care hours and services can be adjusted as your loved one’s condition or family circumstances change.

Does Medicare or Health Insurance Cover Non-Medical Home Care?

Medicare and most health insurance plans generally do not cover non-medical home care. Long-term care insurance may provide coverage depending on the policy.
